Product Description (cold galvanizing spray paint ): – Zinc & Aluminum metal powder spray formula is designed to stop the rust growth/ creepage and to prevent corrosion on metal surfaces based on the sacrificial catholic technology which causes the zinc coating to sacrifice itself for the protection of parent metal. It provides protection equal to hot-dip galvanizing.
Unique technology air dries and electro chemically fuses itself to rusted surfaces and acts as a primer coating prior to painting the rusted metal surfaces with conventional paints which otherwise will not stick to the rusted area & would peel off leading to frequent repainting. Bonds strongly with a minimum of surface pre-treatment. Enhances life and effectiveness of paints & thus prevents the need for frequent repainting.

Direction of Usage:
- Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry, and free of severe rust and loose scale.
- Shake can well for 1 to 2 minutes before spraying. Repeat often during application.
- Wear protective eyewear when spraying and point spray nozzle away from the face.
- Hold the spray can upright about 10″ to 12″ from surface to be coated, two light coats are better than one heavy coat.
- Please ensure enough drying time of the sprayed film before handling/ packing etc.
